Not to worry if you weren't able to make any of our recent Espresso Sessions; we record each session (except for the 10-minute Q&A at the end) and publish it here. You'll also find a handout of the slides which you can download and refer back to when needed.
Mind the Age Gap: Rethinking Age Diversity in Work (21 Oct, 2026)
Recording
Session Handout

As requested on our session, here is the research investigating 158,000 people across different generations, which yielded little to no evidence of generational differences in work values, attitudes, and traits:
Ravid, D. M., Costanza, D. P., & Romero, M. R. (2025). Generational differences at work? A meta-analysis and qualitative investigation. Journal of Organizational Behavior, 46(1), 43–65
Age diversity and intergenerational working may not be headlines in many articles and media publications, however workplaces are becoming more age-diverse - and this means we ought to plan for it. By accommodating for greater age diversity in work, we're better positioned to extract all the benefits diversity brings.
