The D4SP behavioural model

Supported by copious psychological research and years of practical experience in the field, DS4P believes that individual, team, and organisational development depends primarily on behaviour change. While we still focus on enhancing mindset and building confidence, we always aim to help people build the right behaviours for success. This principle lies at the heart of all D4SP's interventions.

Individuals are governed by innumerable internal systems. These systems are a blend of nature and nurture; characteristics we were born with, characteristics we develop based upon the environment in which we're situated, and in most cases, characteristics that are an amalgamation of the two.

 

Of these manifold internal systems, three significant factors serve as starting points for the D4SP behavioural model:

  1. An awareness of ourselves, others and the environment around us

  2. Personal beliefs, including our guiding principles and morals, as well as our self-confidence

  3. Our attitude, or how we feel towards certain things

 

Typically, our awareness and attitude are more flexible and malleable than our beliefs, which generally take some considerable time to change. These three factors combine to form our predisposition - the resultant likelihood of behaving in a particular way and therefore our potential to effectively perform our function in the workplace.

Our Story

D4S Partnership is an independent consultancy specialising in all aspects of organisational development. Our team comprises rich and diverse backgrounds, including psychologists, executive coaches, business mentors, HR professionals and facilitators. We have significant experience working with some of the UK's most ambitious organisations across a diverse range of commercial, industrial, governmental and academic enterprises.

We're driven by a desire to understand your organisation, your issues, ambitions and, most importantly, your people. We have a deeply curious mindset, which means we ask a lot of questions and make very few assumptions. First impressions are important, but we like to dig deeper and view things from a different perspective. Every organisation we work with is unique; so unique that a fully off-the-shelf solution is unlikely ever to deliver optimal outcomes.
