Session description

Join us for our Learning at Work Week 2026 Espresso Session: Bitesize learning - free, virtual, open to everyone, and just 30 minutes long! - What to expect in this session: Learning is often treated as something that happens in classrooms or training programmes, but in reality, it is a constant human process. We are constantly learning, consciously or unconsciously. By learning how to learn better, we accelerate our own development. Here, we explore what contemporary psychology tells us about how people actually learn, and why unlearning outdated assumptions can be just as important as acquiring new knowledge, and offers practical insights for strengthening learning habits so that development becomes faster, more adaptive and more effective in everyday work. - Who's facilitating this session: This session is hosted by Milda Zinkus, an experienced and established facilitator, coach, mentor, and consultant on the D4S Partnership Team. Milda's expertise in supporting people and organisations to develop deeper communication, trust, performance, and culture enables truly impactful behaviour change - delivered in Milda's uniquely fun, energetic, and authentic style.
