Session description

Join us for our Learning at Work Week 2026 Espresso Session: Bitesize learning - free, virtual, open to everyone, and just 30 minutes long! - What to expect in this session: Artificial Intelligence is rapidly entering the learning and development landscape, yet most organisations are using it in surprisingly shallow ways. This session challenges conventional thinking about AI in learning. Rather than focusing on tools, prompts or automation, it explores how AI can fundamentally reshape the way people think, reflect and apply judgement at work. Drawing on behavioural science, coaching practice and emerging adaptive learning technologies, the session offers a model for using AI to support learning that is personalised, reflective and applied to real work challenges. - Who's facilitating this session: Steve is D4SP’s Commercial Director and an experienced COO/business leader with 30+ years serving clients across a range of sectors - including I.T., financial services, aerospace, engineering, construction equipment and manufacturing - as well as within central and local government. He is practiced at managing business turnaround, post-acquisition integration, organisational change, strategy development, delivery operations, and customer service management. His specific expertise lies in improving operational outcomes, building high performing teams, developing leadership capabilities & driving bottom-line growth across businesses both large and small.
