Session description

Espresso Session: Bitesize learning - free, virtual, open to everyone, and just 20 minutes long! - What to expect in this session: Neurodiversity is being spoken about more and more, especially in work. However, we can’t really accommodate and leverage the vast benefits of neurodiversity without first having a foundational understanding of what it means. This session delves into the true meaning of neurodiversity, helping to unlock the potential of diversity by understanding how individuals think, feel, and process information uniquely. Embrace the transformative power of neuroinclusion and create a workplace that enables every individual to thrive. - Who's facilitating this session: Hayley Brackley, neurodiversity expert, facilitator, and executive coach, brings a wealth of experience and always delivers a refreshing approach on the subject of neurodiversity. Hayley combines her own personal experiences of being neurodivergent with a client-focused, always-learning approach to her work - ensuring a fantastic and enlightening session for all who join.
